The price is the one shown when you book, per person and including VAT. Booking and payment are made through our booking platform, and the booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email.
If you cancel
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour starts, and we refund the full amount. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or don't show up, there is no refund.
If you prefer, you can ask us to move your booking to another date, subject to availability.

If it rains, or if we have to cancel the tour for any reason beyond your control, we offer you another date or refund the full amount, whichever you prefer.
Right of withdrawal
As a leisure activity on a specific date, this purchase does not carry the 14-day right of withdrawal, under article 103.l of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. You do have the free cancellation up to 24 hours before, described above.

We meet in the Patio de Banderas, by the street lamp in the middle of the square, 10 minutes before the tour starts: handing out and fitting the glasses takes a moment.

The glasses
The glasses and equipment are lent to you for the walk and handed back to the guide at the end. We ask you to use them with care and follow the guide’s instructions.
