What data we handle and why

Group and trade forms: your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, and whatever you tell us about your group or company. We use it to answer you and put together a proposal.

Bookings: your name, email, phone number, chosen language and the details of the tour. We use them to manage the booking, send you the confirmation and let you know about any change, for example if it rains. Payment is processed by the booking platform: we never see or store your card details.

Emails you send us: we use them to reply. If you ask us to tell you when bookings open, we will write to you for that and nothing else.

Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, aggregate data about visits to this website. The details are in the cookie policy.

Legal basis

For bookings, the performance of the contract you make with us. For forms and emails, your consent, which you give by sending them and can withdraw at any time. For analytics, the consent you give in the cookie banner.

We also keep sales records to meet our accounting and tax obligations.

How long we keep it

Data from a form or an email, for as long as the conversation lasts and at most one year afterwards if no booking is made. Booking data, for as long as tax and commercial law requires. After that, it is deleted.

Who else sees it

We don't sell or pass on your data to anyone. These providers do process it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:

Formspree, which receives the forms. It is based in the United States and processes data under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Bókun, the booking and payment platform, based in the European Economic Area.

Google (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept analytics. The details are in the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, take it to another service and withdraw your consent. Just write to hola@antharia.es.

If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Minors

The tour is for ages 13 and up, but bookings and forms must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect data given to us directly by children under 14.
